Hello - No cal certificate ships by default. We can provide a free PDF cert for units < 12 months old. Also we can quote factory re-calibration service, which will come with same PDF cert. While NIST equipment is used, the certs do not include any before or after data, as that is not a service we offer.

An analop input which is supposed to be +-10V if fed with a signal outside this band, would there be a failure of this input channel? There must be some tolerance. What is it ?

The overvoltage protection specification for this model’s analog input channels is +/- 24V. This is listed in Table 29 of the User Manual PDF.
